6/21/16: The 6 foot 4 215 pound first baseman showcased a tall setup with long stride and good balance.  Bat speed is fast.  Presents gap to gap power with potential to have more.  Bat path is long.  Exit velocity topped at 90mph.  Defensively, footwork is average and throws were accurate.  Throws topped at 81mph.  Jared ran a 7.83 60yd dash.

2/21/16: 6-foot-4, 210 pound RHP pitches from a high 3/4 arm action with some arm speed.  Downhill shoulders, lands closed.  Fastball showed run and kept in the zone at 78-79, touching 81.  Breaking ball has an 11/5 shape with gradual break at 67-69.  CH was thrown with fastball arm speed with occasional fade and kept in the strike zone; best off-speed pitch. At the plate hits from a balanced setup.  Minimal to no load.  Short stride/toe-tap.  Short path with average bat speed.  High exit velo of 83.
