Offensively, balanced setup with a bend in his knees, short load back, shallow leg kick timing trigger, lands long in a wide position at contact. Line drive type hitter, barrel works level through the zone, uses mostly the pull-side, at-times lined balls back up the middle, 78 exit velocity off a tee, 90.20 max exit velocity during BP. Defensively, short arm action to a ¾ slot, 67 across the infield. Breaks down in front of the ball, feel for glove and back hand. On the mound, arm plays short to a high ¾ slot. Drop and drive delivery, works on-line, lands square. Finishes upright and square to home. Fastball sat 68-69, touched 70. Curveball, 59-60.
