6-foot-2, 175-pound, RHH hits from a wide and even stance with his barrel beginning up over his head, uses a short and closed stride and a slight pushback of his hands to get loaded, lower half fires well and does a good job of getting his hips through, bat path is flat through the zone put gets on top of the ball, could loosen up a little bit to drive the ball.  Defensively, showed good hands and above-average footwork behind the plate, exchange just took too long with too long of a load in his short arm action, short arm action through a near over-the-top slot.

6/23/15 - The 6 foot 2, 165-pound prospect posted a 5.10 home to 1^st time and had a position velocity of 70 mph from behind the plate.  Defensively Hendrix shows short arm action, average arm strength, pop times ranged from 2.28-2.32, pop times will improve with quicker footwork and release.  Offensively Hendrix  had a 72 mph exit velocity off the tee. Hits from an open setup, has a short stride, average balance, showed a pull approach in batting practice. Hendrix went 0-for-3 in game play.
