5-foot-11, 160-pound slim frame. During batting practice, Meade clocked an exit velocity of 72 mph. Began in a balanced open stance with a wrapping load, then used a big leg kick just before his swing. Had some bat speed, an inside-out flat swing plane and high finish. Found a couple of barrels during his rounds. Base hit approach. Average in the infield, displayed a velocity of 70 mph; had average footwork, sure consistent hands and a natural clean exchange. Showed a low ¾ slot and a loose arm action with decent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.54. Raw on the mound, had a loose arm action and a sub arm angle with some arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Displays even shoulders and low balance point. Lands square with an upright finish. Sat with his fastball at 65-69 mph with a max of 70 mph; had decent command and running action with heavy movement. Has sinking action and control low in the zone on his flat changeup (60-62).

Exhibits a flat swing plane and has level finish. In the infield, his best throw was recorded at 68 mph across the field; has a fluid exchange. Used a loose arm action and a ¾ slot. On the mound, he showed a loose arm action with a side angle. Balance point is a low during delivery. Lands closed. His fastball sat 60-61 mph and topped out at 62 mph; has tailing action. His changeup(54-56) shows sinking action. His 10/4 curveball (56-58) shows sweeping action.
