Lipscomb commit.  6-foot-1, 160-pound, LHP flashed his swing and miss CB.  Medium, athletic frame w/ high-waist, some present lower half strength, projectable.  Pitches from a full wind-up into over the top release from the middle of the rubber.  Quick arm.  Some effort in the throw, learning to utilize his lower half to keep his quick arm consistently on time.  Straight FB shows occasional short arm-side run.  Tight, medium downer CB w/ occasional late bite.  Potential out pitch.  Learning to repeat and consistently keep fingers on top, shows above average depth w/ late bite when on time.  Straight CH w/ arm-speed.  Around the zone.  Throws a few too many non-competitive pitches at this stage, but projects to command w/ reps.  Generated 4 swing and misses on 16 swings.
