(Henry County, 2024) The Southeastern Louisiana signee gave me my first look at him finally and he did not disappoint. He immediately stood out on the defensive side of the ball where he made tough plays looks relatively easy working to his glove side and delivering ropes to first, while carrying his momentum to the outfield as he spun around. He also showed a high level of coordinated balance stopping on dimes to pivot his force towards first with a smooth action from ball to glove to hand to throw. He has serious athleticism in the infield and likely sticks at shortstop at the next with enough arm talent and agility. At the plate, he would go 1 for 2 in the leadoff spot with an RBI and a run scored himself. He made up pretty much the entire offense on the day for Henry County as they lost 13-2 in 5 innings. He plays with a high motor and should push for playing time pretty soon next season at the D1 level.
