10/25/15 - The 5 foot 8, 170-pound prospect posted a 7.90 60 time and had a 75 mph position velocity from behind the plate. Defensively Gladson  shows short arm action with a fairly quick release, has some accuracy on throws, above average arm strength for age, soft hands receiving the ball, footwork stays online with room to be quicker, had 2.03-2.12 pop times. Offensively Gladson has above average bat speed from the right side and had an 81 mph exit velocity off the tee. Gladson hits from a balanced setup, has a short stride, shows some looseness in hands, uses his lower half, shows average overall balance, aggressive approach at the plate, level swing path, pull type hitter. Gladson  went 0 for 3 during game play. He is a class of 2018 player to keep an eye on.
On the mound, The 5-foot-8, 170-pound prospect uses long arm action and works through a high-¾ arm slot. His fastball sat 74-75 mph touching 76 with occasional arm-side run, curveball showed gradual 12/6 action at 67-68 mph, gets under curveball at times leaving it up in the zone. He relied on his fastball moving it in and out to get his outs and stayed low in the zone with it. Gladson had two strikeouts and gave up one hit during game play.
