Lowery has a lanky frame with plenty of projection left to it and throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot. He has a longer arm action with a quick arm. Shoulders are closed and he lands closed, creating some crossfire and falling off as he finishes. His fastball was 81-83, touching 84 with run to it and some downward plane. 10/4 break to his slider, pitch was 66-70 and thrown with some armspeed. Change-up was 73-76 with good armspeed.
