3.7.16: Cozad is an athletic middle infielder with a strong lower half. In the field he has very good actions and soft hands as well as a lot of range side to side. At the plate, he hits from a slightly open, athletic stance. He has a load straight back into a slight arm bar, creating a longer swing path. He has an explosive lower half and a lot of batspeed with at least gap power. He maintains good balance throughout his swing.
