Hopes rotate fully, some balance. Short and level path, line drive swing, swing sets up to pull side, exit velocity was 84. In the outfield, quick feet, gets behind ball and plays through it. Fields with above average hands, clean transfer, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a long quick arm action. Throws had carry and he showed some accuracy, outfield velocity was 88. Ran a 7.06 60 yard dash.

7.31.16: Schlier has a lanky frame and hits from the right side. Upright stance, load back and short on line stride. Longer path with ok hips and average balance. Average batspeed, long levers generate doubles power. Good approach uses the who field. Home to first of 4.50 and home to third of 12.82. Decent actions in the infield and good lateral range.
