Serrano is 5-9 with an athletic frame that has a lot of projection left to it. On the mound, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short quick arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are closed off and downhill, closed landing with a fall off finish. Fastball was 75-77, touching 78. Curveball was 63-64 with 11/5 break and some shape to it, chance to be a good pitch as it tightens.
