He threw a late, sweeping slider that was 70-72. Lutkins is a strike-thrower and pounded the zone, he also showed a good feel for shutting down the running game.

His shoulders are closed and level as he strides out to a closed landing. Lutkins’ fastball has heavy run and was 76-78. He threw a late-breaking 2/8 slider that ran 66-70. His changeup was very good, running 70-75 with armside run and good armspeed. He showed good command of all of his pitches.
