Alexander is 6-1 with an athletic frame that has some strength present and some projection left to it. He throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, longer free arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Tall and fall delivery, shoulders are uphill and closed, lands open with a fall off finish. Fastball was 77-80, with some late boring action to armside. Curveball had some armspeed and was 63-65 with sharp 11/5 break to it and some shape. Changeup was 72-74 with good armspeed and late hard fade.
