Lanky, athletic frame with projection to it. Has a deliberate, build up style delivery. Long and free arm action while throwing from a high three quarter slot. Very smooth throughout the delivery while pitching with light effort. Generates nice velocity with little effort, with fastball getting up to 88 mph on this cold day early in the season. Fastball shows late life and some arm side run to the pitch mainly in the 86-88 range at this time. Will not be surprised to see that continue to increase. Stayed off fastball as it was early, but did show changeup. Nice arm speed and near fastball delivery with the pitch. Change had some dive potential to it with light run up to 81 mph.
PBR Future Games
Athletic and projectable frame at 5-foot-11, 175-pounds. Ran a 6.98 60-yard dash. Hits from a taller, open set up at the plate. Smooth load, simple swing, quick hands, shows batspeed. Nice rhythm throughout, gap to gap type hitter that uses middle well. Exit velocity of 87 mph. Has sound actions at the shortstop position. Looks versatile enough to play a couple of positions in the infield. Arm strength is present, has shown two way potential as well.
5.1.17: Remalia has an athletic frame. May need to move off of short like his older brother as continues to get stronger. Good first step, soft hands with a strong arm, smooth actions in the field. At the plate, athletic stance, short stride on line. Good hips, quick bat with a short path, line drive swing with a bit of a pull approach, has the chance to grow into some real power as he develops.
