11.1.15: Handley has an athletic, projectable frame and throws from an over the top arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. He has a long arm action and a quick arm that generates velocity with some effort. His shoulders are uphill and slightly closed as he strides out to a square landing before coming to and athletic finish and recoiling with his arm. Handley’s fastball had slight run and ran 83-84, touching 85. His curveball had sharp, power, 11/5 break and was thrown with good armspeed, running 66-71. His changeuph had decent armspeed and was 71.

11/8/2014:  Handley stands 6-foot-2 and has a strong lower half to his frame. He throws from straight over the top and has a good arm action with regular effort. He does recoil after release. Handley’s fastball was a 78-79, touching 80 with some sinking action to it. His breaking ball ran 11/5 at 67 with more of a gradual action to it.
