Shoulders closed and level, lands closed, fall off finish with recoil. Fastball was 74-77. Sinker was 74-76 with some sink to it. Sharp curveball with 10/4 break and some armspeed was 63-66.

2.18.17:  Saunders is 5-5 and has an athletic frame, he throws from a three-quarters arm slot with normal effort. Shoulders are level and closed, lands slightly open with a complete finish and recoil. Fastball had late run and was 71-74. Curveball had sharp 11/5 action and good armspeed, running 62-65. Change-up had good armspeed and sink, running 67-71. Saunders hits from the right side from a balanced stance, short stride on line smooth load back. Good hip explosion and balance to swing. Short level swing path, line drive swing working up the middle of the field, exit velocity was 70. At short, clean footwork and average hands. Clean exchange, short arm action from a low three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 72.
