10.21.17: Byram is 5-11 with a lanky frame, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short free arm action and normal effort. Shoulders are level and closed, lands slightly closed with a bit of a fall off finish. Fastball sat 77-79 and touched 81 with some late run to it and a bit of downward plane. Curveball was 60-62 with big gradual 1/7 break, pitch has upside as it tightens. Change-up was 64-66 with some armspeed and late fading action. Showed the ability to throw all three pitches for strikes.
