He has a clean release behind the plate and threw 2.12 and 2.03 between innings He did a good job handling an inside pitch and making an accurate 2.22 throw down to second in the game. Driscoll hits from the left side and has a slight crouch to his stance. He has above average bat speed and a good swing path.
8-15-2018: Strong bodied backstop at six-foot-one, 205 pounds. Above average arm strength. Showed above average raw power to his pull side during batting practice. Set up with a wide open stance, stride to even. Dipped his backside, pull approach with a long swing during the game. (Seifert)
