8.10.16:  Lerman is 6-0 and has an athletic frame. Short loose arm action from a high three-quarters slot. Very accurate throws, position velocity of 79. Soft hands with quick, fluid footwork. Clean exchange and plays through the ball well. Hits from the right side from an open, athletic stance. Loads back with a leg kick stride, explosive lower half and good balance. Fast bat with a good approach and extension through the ball. Gap to gap swing with easy doubles power, exit velocity of 92. 60 time of 7.09.
4.16.16:  Lerman is an athletic outfielder who hits from an open athletic stance with a leg kick stride and no load. He has good hips and balance throughout his swing with a short path to the ball and good speed. Lerman showed a good approach and used the entire field.
10.31.15:  Lerman stands an athletic 5-11 and hits from the right side. He has a tall athletic stance and takes a short leg kick stride while he loads back. He has an explosive lower half and maintains balance throughout his swing. Lerman above average batspeed and had an exit velocity of 87 off of the tee. He has an uphill swing path and gets good extension through the ball, showing the potential for gap or better power. In the outfield, Lerman takes good routes to the ball and has a clean, quick release. He has a loose arm and throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a positional velocity of 78.
7.14.15 Hit from an balanced, athletic stance that was slightly open.  Smooth load back with a controlled stride that got back on line.  Good lower half turn to the baseball.  Displayed quick, explosive hands with a bat exit velocity of 86 MPH.  Good approach to the round.  Fluid rhythm.  Swing path was level and had good extension.  Line drive hitter with gap to gap power.  In the field, threw from long, loose high ¾ arm slot.  Throws had accuracy.  Positional velocity of 76 MPH.  Soft hands with quick and clean exchanges.  Footwork was fluid and worked through the ball.
