Lewis is 5-11 with a strong athletic 205 pound frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the left side from a slightly open balanced taller stance, low leg kick stride on line, loads down and back to a bar. Hips rotate completely and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, goes straight to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path with some strength at contact, showed a good approach working primarily gap to gap, some power present to his pull side, exit velocity was 80. In the infield, gets body behind ball and fields with average hands, works through the ball to a quick clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 75. On the mound, he throws from a very high three-quarters arm slot, long free arm action and some effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders are level and closed, lands on line with a fall off finish. Fastball was 75-78, touching 79, with downward angle and a bit of late armside run to it with some sink as well. Curveball was 65-68 with good armspeed and big gradual 12/6 break to it. Change-up was 68-69 with some armspeed and late sink.
