Wallace is 5-9 with an athletic 175 pound frame that has some strength present. He hits from the right side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, short stride on line, short load down. Hips rotate completely and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, goes straight to the ball, uphill swing path with some strength at contact, showed a good approach working gap to gap, some extra base power in the middle of the field, exit velocity was 86. In the infield, gets body behind the ball and fields with a wider base and average hands, works through the ball with a clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 71. On the mound, he throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, longer free arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are uphill and on line, lands open with a fall-off finish. Fastball was 71-73, with some downward angle and some late armside run to it. Curveball was 57-59 with some armspeed and gradual late 11/5 break to it.
