10.23.16 - Lean projectable frame at 6-0, 145lbs.  Throws from an over the top arm slot with a repeatable delivery. Arm action is long and smooth. Showed average arm speed. Pitched 70-72mph with a fastball that showed limited movement.  Threw curve ball 57-59mph. Curve ball had 11/5 shape with average rotation and good downward action.  Threw slider 60-62mph showing 10/4 shape with loose rotation. Threw changeup 60-62mph with near fast ball arm speed showing some sink on it. Arm strength should increase as he gets stronger.

5.22.16:  Aruanno stands a skinny 5-10. Throws from an over the top slot with a long arm action. Shoulders are level and he strides out on line to a square landing with an athletic finish. Fastball was thrown for strikes, running 69-71. Curveball had early 11/5 break with decent armspeed at 56-57. Good armspeed on fading change-up that ran 60-61. Good command of both offspeed pitches. Showed a cutter at 68 with some 10/4 bite to it. He hits from a slight crouch with a short toe tap load and a wide stance. Hitting off his back side, he has a line drive approach. He showed an exit velocity of 76. Defensively, Aruanno displayed a long arm action that resulted in a positional velocity of 73. He has a short transfer and compact footwork that gets it out of the glove quickly.
