Saunders is 5-10 with an athletic 170 pound frame that has some strength present and some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, leg kick stride on line, short load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate completely with violence and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short and quick to the ball, slightly uphill swing path, strong at contact with some extension through the ball, showed a good approach working gap to gap, gap power present to all fields, exit velocity was 92. In the outfield, gets body behind the ball and fields through it with average hands, clean exchange, throws from a three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 78. Showed versatility working out at catcher as well. Ran a 7.08 60 yard dash.
