2.15.15 Hit from a tall/athletic stance that was slightly open. Had high hands. Quick load back with hands, complemented with, an inward turn of the knee. Had a minimal stride and stayed balanced and on line. Had a good approach at the plate with good confidence. Somewhat stiff rhythm and starts very early. Short stroke with extension. Has a line drive/gap-gap stroke. Has an very good bat speed with an Exit Velocity of 83 mph. In the field, threw from a high ¾ arm slot with a long, loose arm action with accuracy. Waited on the ball. Had methodical footwork, average hands, and clean/long exchanges. Showed slightly above-average arm strength with a Positional Velocity of 81 mph. 2.15.15 Tarrh has a lanky frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot. He has a long arm action with a bit of a wrap and generates a quick arm with some effort. He has drop and drive mechanics, his shoulders are uphill and online, he lands a bit open.  Had the tendency to fall off a bit as he finishes. Tarrh’s fastball was mostly straight, with some cut to it and sat 75-78 mph. He threw a sharp 12/6 curveball that was a bit inconsistent, running 58-63 mph. He threw a fading change-up with full armspeed that ran 60-64 mph.

7.14.15 Tarrh has a lanky frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a choppy drop and drive delivery. He has a long arm action with a bit of a wrap and a quick armstroke, generating velocity with normal effort. His shoulders are level and closed as he strides out online to an open landing before finishing in an athletic position. Tarrh’s fastball sat 76-78, touching 79, with late run and a bit of sink to it. He threw a sharp, 12/6 curveball with decent armspeed for strikes that ran 58-62. His changeup had decent armspeed and had armside run to it, sitting 63-65.
