9.27.17: Hilton has a lanky frame, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short free arm action and normal effort. Shoulders were on line and level lands open with an athletic finish. Fastball was 76-77 with late sink. Curveball had sharp 11/5 break at 67-68. Change-up had sink and some armspeed at 68-70.
