Keeps weight gathered in back hip as he takes low leg lift and gains some ground into a wide hitting base. Stays in lower half and transfers energy from the ground up into contact. Strong front side at contact Minimal movement with hands in pre-pitch. Starts loaded in a strong position above rear shoulder then narrowly retract back with a tight move before swing. Strong levers in upper half stay short/connected throughout
