Uses a low stride as forward move to gain ground and get into a wider hitting base. Weight stays centered though with minimal shift as he lands. Creates leverage at point of contact and drives rear hip forward into his front side Hands stay relaxed and keep barrel in a flat position throughout. Shorter push back load to move hands away from body during forward stride. Flat barrel action into the zone. Stays level and covers depth. Flashed more lift to pull-side while mostly LD contact up the middle
