4/25/18 - Impressive arm out of the Grand Canyon bullpen. Closed out Friday night’s 6-1 win. Compact delivery with good deception which allowed his stuff to play up. Threw a 90-92 mph fastball (2100-2176 spin rate) and an above average slider at 80-81 mph with a 2800 spin rate. Also mixed in a changeup at 86 mph with a 1700 spin rate. Has struck out 40 with only three walks in 26.2 innings this spring. Senior prospect who likely will be selected in the top ten rounds as a bonus pool saver.
