6/13/17 Blake Tilley, 2019 Cabell Midland High School, C. Tilley achieves bat exit Velocity of 82 with minimal load/seperation.  He initiates swing from nuetral stance with short stride.  His hands are quick and direct to baseball. There is a feel for barrel as Tilley consistently squared baseball.  Bat speed gains could develope with better load and ability to step away from hands.

Defensively,  Tilley demonstrated soft, quiet hands with good framing skills.  He also demonstrated considerable atleticism and proper tecnique with maintence of good upper body angle in blocking.  Pop times of 2.06-2.09 were recorded.



Tilley is a 5-foot-11, 175-pound C from Cabell Midland HS.
