Notes

Comments

11/17/19

5-foot-8, 160-pound primary pitcher sat 70-72 with a quick arm stroke out of a low 3/4 arm slot. Slider at 62-64 is an above average pitch with tight 1/7 rotation and depth. CH at 59-60 is thrown with good sell giving Eddy a solid three pitch mix. Eddy displayed good rhythm and balance to his delivery and will be an interesting follow in this class. Left-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and utilizes a toe tap stride to begin. Throws weight hard to his front side but is able to keep his hands back while demonstrating a feel for the barrel. Registered an 70 mph bat exit velocity and ran an 8.22 60-yard dash. Showcased active feet and a soft glove around the bag at first base with accurate 70 mph arm strength across the diamond.
