2.24.19 - Offensively, the 6-foot-3, 180-pound primary Outfielder has a inside out swing and drives the ball to the opposite field. Romano uses his body well during his swing which he initiates out of a open athletic stance. Romano shows solid athleticism and is evident by running a 7.16-laser timed 60. A 80 mph bat exit velocity was registered, up from 74 mph at a previous event.
Defensively, Romano still shows some hesitation when fielding the ball off the ground and has the tendency to still catch the ball on the side of his body. Romano does show solid arm strength with a 81 mph arm velocity.
