Uncommitted Seniors 🔍
With the fall season underway, the 2027 class remains a priority on the recruiting trail. With the Senior Future Games recently concluding, this section will also provide an opportunity to highlight additional uncommitted seniors throughout the class who warrant attention from college programs. While Senior Future Games participants will certainly be featured throughout the series, the goal is to continue expanding the follow list and bringing attention to more uncommitted prospects across the state.
Vincent saw his stock rise considerably throughout 2026 following a strong year that helped establish him as a prospect to follow in the senior class. The 5-foot-10, 176-pound third baseman features a wider stance with a simple load that allows him to consistently get into a strong position to hit. There's noticeable bat speed and strength through contact, producing firm contact with the ability to drive the baseball from gap to gap. His offensive impact is backed by a 95.6 mph max exit velocity, while a 6.89-second 60-yard dash adds another quality tool to his overall profile. Vincent's combination of offensive production, present strength, and athleticism has made him an increasingly interesting prospect in the 2027 class.
Mann's compact left-handed swing features quality bat speed and a well-connected operation that allows him to consistently generate firm contact. Working from a strong 5-foot-9, 188-pound frame, he utilizes a quiet load with minimal wasted movement, staying connected throughout his turns while maintaining a short, efficient path to the baseball. There's good strength behind the barrel, evidenced by a 95.0 mph max exit velocity, with the ability to impact the baseball without sacrificing swing efficiency. His athleticism also shows in a 6.92-second 60-yard dash, adding another dimension to a solid offensive profile.
Davis possesses a versatile skill set with athletic traits that translate well across multiple defensive positions. At 5-foot-9, 170 pounds, he features an athletic build with clean, coordinated actions and the ability to handle responsibilities on both the dirt and in the outfield. His arm strength is a notable asset, recording 86 mph across the infield and 88 mph from the outfield, giving him flexibility defensively. At the plate, Davis employs a line-drive-oriented approach with the ability to generate firm contact, reaching a 97.1 mph max exit velocity. He's also recorded a 7.14-second 60-yard dash.
Crisler has been a contributor for Hartselle over the past couple of seasons and appears poised to take on an expanded role next spring for the defending Class 6A state champions. The 5-foot-8, 166-pound infielder features an athletic, repeatable swing with good barrel control and the ability to stay connected throughout his operation. His clean actions and sound fundamentals carry over defensively, where he shows a natural feel for the infield. Crisler has recorded a 93.8 mph max exit velocity and a 6.99-second 60-yard dash, further supporting his well-rounded skill set. With valuable varsity experience already under his belt, Crisler should have an opportunity to become an even more significant piece of Hartselle's lineup during his senior campaign.

Offensively, Channell has the ability to drive the baseball with authority and produce legitimate power from the first base position. He'll be an interesting prospect to evaluate at this weekend's Alabama Fall Games, especially with the recent progress he's made on the mound.

The 5-foot-7, 160-pound shortstop has established himself as a quality in-game performer with natural feel for the barrel and a consistent line-drive approach. He regularly finds the barrel and produces firm contact with a swing that has generated a 94.7 mph max exit velocity. His competitive approach and gamer traits have been evident in live competition, making him a notable prospect to follow in the 2028 class.
Knight is a projectable young left-hander with an athletic delivery and quick arm from a three-quarter slot. At 5-foot-11, 168 pounds, he has plenty of room for continued physical development and additional velocity gains. His fastball currently works at 83-85 mph and has reached 86 mph. He complements it with a 72-75 mph curveball and a 76-77 mph changeup. Knight presently shows more control than command, but the athleticism and arm speed provide a promising foundation.
