May 20, 2021
Player: Curtis Washington

School: Wabash Valley
Washington did well as an Arkansas true freshman, batting .353 in 34 at-bats, but appeared in only six games a sophomore in 2020 before the season was canceled. After transferring to Wabash Valley, the 6-foot-2, 175-pound switch-hitter has been an NJCAA standout in 2021, ranking among the national leaders in stolen bases while also hitting for average and getting on base nearly 49 percent of the time.
