Yesterday, 2016 RHP Christian Goshen committed to Missouri Southern State University. The senior from North Little Rock High School had a strong junior campaign leading the Wildcats to state tournament appearance. He built on that momentum playing in PBR Top Prospects Game and playing for the Arkansas Prospects this summer. Here is our scouting report on Goshen.

Goshen is a 5-foot-11, 175 right-hander with a medium frame and an athletic build. He has a quick arm from a ¾ arm slot. He could stand to clean up his arm action as he stabs in the back right now. He pounds the bottom half of the strike zone with his fastball 84-86 mph. His secondary pitches have good action but lacked command. The curveball was throw with sharp 11/5 action. The change up was thrown with fastball arm speed with and arm-side run.
