2018 Futures Games:

6-Foot-0, 165-pound frame, athletic body with room to fill out frame, solid showing on workout day showing fluid actions and arm strength. Offensively Allen has bat speed and gap to gap power with plenty more in the tank. Making one of the flashier plays up the middle on a glove flip double play, Payton looks to be a constant in the middle of the field. As an offensive middle infielder, Allen will continue to garner attention from schools across the country.
