Arkansas Scouting Director
We are excited to announce our 2017 Fall Schedule and 2018 Fall Schedule. This is a comprehensive schedule that has opportunities for players from all areas of the state to be scouted.
Campus Series is three separate weekends; These events are made for teams to get in front of PBR Arkansas. We are getting close to capacity but have room for teams at Arkansas Little Rock 17U and Arkansas Tech 17U. We will sell these events out so teams need to get in contact with me as soon as possible.
Senior Games: This event is for 2018 Graduates it will be hosted at Nicholls State University, in Louisiana. This event will be ran by PBR Louisiana. This event will give seniors from Arkansas an opportunity to get in front of a new set of college coaches which might not venture into Arkansas to recruit. This would be a major event for Unsigned Seniors.
Arkansas Fall Open Showcase: This event is open to all players in high school 2018-2021 graduates. This is an event to allow players to update or start their PBR Profile with verified statistics and video. Also, players will have the ability to earn an invitation to The Natural State Games on October 28th.
Arkansas Futures Showcase: Recruiting begins earlier and earlier. The State of Arkansas has four players in the 2020 class committed to play college baseball. As a company that prides itself in knowing everything high school baseball we must move up our identification process. This event is for 2021 and 2022 graduates. There will be a full pro-style work out as well as a game. The game will allow each pitcher to throw to 5 hitters, we will play as many innings as pitching allows.
Natural State Showcase: This is an invite only event which will feature the top 80 players in the state of Arkansas. We will put all players through a pro-style work out in the morning and play games in the afternoon and on Sunday. This event is previous years has been highly scouted.
Winter events will consist of Open Events in all 5 regions of the state. After the 5 regional events, we will select the top performers to compete in the Preseason All-State Games. There are also two invites only events; The Super 60 which will be Sunday February 4th and The Mid-South Procase which will be Saturday February 17th. Both events are invite only, eligible players must be considered MLB Draft prospects by a PBR Staff member.
