The Arizona Spring Scout Blog will include notes and reports on select prospects we see throughout our spring high school coverage. If there is a game/player that needs to be covered do not hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to be there. As always, contact [email protected] or direct message @PBRArizona on Twitter with any questions about Prep Baseball Report and/or commitment information.

Kellis @ Basha 2/21/18

Justin Flebbe, 2019, LHP, Kellis
Uncommitted. The junior lefty worked 81-83 with his mostly straight fastball, touching 84. He showed a high 3/4 arm slot and a slower tempe delivery, generally filling up the strike zone, but showing more control than command. He mixed in a 67-68 mph curveball and was able to throw it for strikes. As he is able to tighten the rotation on the pitch he should be able to miss more bats moving forward. As a junior lefty who can touch the mid-80's there's no question he can help a college program.

Ty Sifferman, 2019, SS, Basha
Grand Canyon commit. The athletic junior showed solid bat to ball ability, connecting for a couple hits on the day. 4.35 time down the line from the right side shows impressive athleticism. While he plays shortstop at Baha and his feet work well, his arm profiles best in left field or possibly second base at the next level. Athleticism stood out in high school game featuring a number of D1 recruits.
