PBR Colorado strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

With our first premier event of 2018 three weeks away, we will introduce you to players who are registered. Continuing our look at Underclass Invitational participants is No. 37 2020 LHP Brady LeJeune-DeAcutis of ThunderRidge High School.

PBR:  Describe yourself as a baseball player to those who have never seen you play:

LeJeune-DeAcutis: I'm a Lefthanded Pitcher Only, who is highly focused on the mound.  I try hard to be a good teammate and work hard to support my fielders on good as well as poor plays behind me.  On all of my pitches my ball has good movement. I don't walk many batters and have a high strikeout rate.

PBR:  What would be your dream school to play baseball at? If you have already committed to play at the next level, why did you choose that particular school?

LeJeune-DeAcutis: I am a strong student athlete ranked #1 in my high school with a 4.0 GPA as a Freshman and have straight A's so far in my Sophomore year. My dream school is Vanderbilt, where I would excel in both the classroom and on the baseball field. I am uncommitted but have been approached by several D1 schools.

PBR:  What are your best assets on and off the field at this point in your high school career?

LeJeune-DeAcutis: Commitment and excellence in the classroom as well as a desire to be a good teammate and win every game. I am extremely focused on personal and team success.

PBR:  What is the best baseball advice you have received and try to follow to this point in your career?

LeJeune-DeAcutis: Win 1st in the classroom and 2nd on the field.

PBR: What does your off-season routine look like to prepare for the upcoming season?

LeJeune-DeAcutis: I took 2 months off from throwing and no time off for strength and conditioning.  In December I began a driveline "like" throwing program with heavy/light balls. I am in a conditioning program at my high school, which started in the beginning of January.

PBR:  What are your superstitions or routines that go on during a season?

LeJeune-DeAcutis: I don't have any real superstitions. I like to throw a midweek bullpen and a heavy workout the day after I pitch.

PBR:  What are your goals for:

This Season:  Have an ERA below 2.0, gain weight and strength

Two Years:  Commit to a D1 school with a great Engineering Program

Four Years:  Start a college game
