New England Insider: Connecticut All-State Showcase - Sneak Peek

The Bats:

Jimmy Titus, SS, East Catholic, 2017
First PBR event for Jimmy and he was very impressive. Swung the bat at a high level, the tee exit velocity was 99 mph. Showed plus juice to the pull side and when asked to go the other way, made it look easy. Very impressive showing, headed to Bryant, is gaining interest from the pro level.

Patrick Winkel, C, Amity, 2018
A left-handed hitter, the stance is balanced and hands are very loose. The exit velocity was 93 mph. Sprayed the ball all over the field, one line drive after another. Projects out to have above average power to all fields, shows the ability to have discipline of the strike zone.
