New England Insider: Uncommitted Senior Spotlight - Brendan Ebert, RHP

Name: Brendan Ebert
Position: RHP
School: Berlin
Class: 2016

Scouting Report: Showed really well, pounded the zone with three strikes. Worked out of an easy delivery, the hands are set low, direction was good to the plate, finished his pitches well, could use the legs a little more. The am action is clean, fastball was 78-82 with good sink to the arm-side. Curveball was 68-72 with good spin and shape to it. Showed solid feel for changeup, was able to throw it in multiple counts. The body is big at 6-foot-1, 220 pounds, has a good pitcher's frame, needs to get stronger, good looking arm, definite follow for me.
