TOP UNCOMMITTED CATCHERS

Brenner Weber C / 2B / Jamestown High School, ND / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 17 / POS: 2 Jamestown's Weber has all of the physical tools to compete at the next level. A member Team Plains at the 2026 Senior Future Games. A backstop with collegiate level tools, still on the board.

Ryan Camarillo C / 3B / West Fargo High School, ND / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 29 / POS: 5 A multi-sport athlete who is currently QB1 at West Fargo high school for his senior season. Camarillo has higher end defensive ability. More refinement is on the horizon with the offensive end, but its hard to not be excited about this 6-2, 206lbs catcher.

 

Cody Busch C / RHP / Jamestown High School, ND / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 38 / POS: 6 Another senior catcher from Jamestown, ND has projectability with more output in the tank. Above average pop times and a bat that will ventually have more in the tank. Up to 85 mph on the mound as well.

Johnathan Lake C / C / Watertown High School - 01, SD / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 47 / POS: 7 Watertown's Lake showed well behind the plate last spring at the South Dakota State Tournament. A compact frame with raw movements so far in his career.

Drew Kalbus C / OF / North High School, ND / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 51 / POS: 8 Another multi-sport athlete and Quarterback rounds out the top 5 uncommitted catchers in the Dakotas. Kalbus provides quick exchanges behind the dish and low-100s exit velos.
