Big Risers in Iowa 2018 Rankings

Last week we updated the Iowa 2018 rankings once again.

Over that time we have seen a number of guys make jumps and plenty of new prospects who made a name for themselves. It has caused a good amount of reshuffling and allowed us to expand the rankings from 100-to-125 prospects in the the 2018 class.

The class of 2018 in Iowa isextraordinary in it's immense depth of prospects.19 players to date have made their college commitments from this class; 14 of them to Division 1 schools. Expect both numbers to make a considerable jump in the near future as many prospects in the state are nearing their decision.

Today we are highlighting a hand-full of big risers in the 2018 class. One of the biggest leaps was with Indianola's Duncan Davitt; who went from being the #33 ranked player to the #11 ranked prospect in the class. Davitt started to pick up momentum through the summer as his velocity steadily increased; culminating with his commitment to the University of Iowa this week.
