1. 1. Izaya Ono-Fullard, 3B, Iowa City West, 2017
5-foot-10, 195-pound right-handed hitting third baseman. High back elbow setup, easy load and stride, extremely quick hands to contact, hard mid/pull contact, flashes of power to pull side, stays inside baseball well at contact, 100 mph exit velocity. Easy actions in field, active feet, works from ground up, soft glove, plays through baseball, accurate arm with carry to bag, 87 mph arm strength across.
