PBR Iowa strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
SCHWARTZ: A variety of high academic schools & junior colleges are interested.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
SCHWARTZ: I’ve had some overnights this fall and visited a lot of schools over the summer.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
SCHWARTZ: I want to play the highest level of baseball and get a great education.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
SCHWARTZ: The highlight of last year was seeing development after coming off an injury. Also playing with and against some of the best guys in the nation was a highlight.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
SCHWARTZ: My main baseball goals are making big gains in the weight room and increasing quickness, speed & agility. My other goals are to get it done in the classroom, finish my Eagle Scout, and find what school I can contribute to on and off the field.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
SCHWARTZ: Yes. I am the starting varsity goalkeeper with all-conference honors for soccer. I have college interest there too, but I want to play baseball.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
SCHWARTZ: My ACT is 29 and unweighted GPA 3.55 with college courses & Aps.
