PBR Iowa strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state. While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
YOUNG: I have talked mostly with UNO and Valparaiso.
PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
YOUNG: I visited Valpo a couple of weeks ago, and I plan to visit UNO this weekend.
PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
YOUNG: High academics, specifically computer science, are important to me, but more important I would say is how good of a networking/ internship program the school has.
PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
YOUNG: Some highlights during my junior year would be leading our high school team to one of the best records in school history, along with many other school records, and really being an example to the younger guys, which will help keep our program strong long after my grade is gone.
PBR: What are your goals for this year?
YOUNG: This year I want to figure out which school is the right fit for me as a person so that I can develop and push myself in the coming years.
PBR: Do you play any other sports?
YOUNG: I play basketball.
PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
YOUNG: 33 ACT and 3.94 GPA.
