PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
ANDERSON: I have been fortunate to have several schools of different sizes express interest in me. Bradley, South Dakota State, Central Missouri, Quincy, Upper Iowa, Wayne State (NE), Grand View, Northwestern (IA), DMACC  and Southeastern CC.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
ANDERSON: I have taken visits to Grand View, Quincy, Upper Iowa, Wayne State, and Southeastern CC. I plan to visit Central Missouri, DMACC and Northwestern College before the end of this month. I have a few other schools I would like to visit this fall, but I don't have specific dates yet.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
ANDERSON: I am looking for a mid-sized school within 5 hours of Des Moines. I am planning on majoring in Business Administration and am looking for a school with strong relationships for internship opportunities close to campus. I also want to play for a highly competitive team that has teammates that are committed to one another.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
ANDERSON: I led my team in innings pitched and strikeouts this past season. Pitched my first complete game, no hitter and had 14 strikeouts in a single game.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
ANDERSON: Our first team goal is to compete for a conference title in the competitive Raccoon River Conference. We also want to get back to Principal Park and participate in the state tournament again. As far as my personal goals go, I want to improve on my ERA and consistently throw upper 80's this season. I fully expect to be hitting 90 MPH with my fastball by the time the season starts.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
ANDERSON: Yes, I play basketball as well as baseball.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
ANDERSON: My current GPA is 3.56.I currently have a 20 ACT score, but will be retaking later this winter.
