PBR Iowa strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.  While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
SHUPE: The schools that have expressed interest in me are Parkland CC, Kirkwood CC, Iowa Central CC, and Northeast CC.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?
SHUPE: I have visited Parkland CC, Kirkwood CC, and Iowa Central CC. I also have a visit planned to Northeast.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
SHUPE: I look for a few things when looking for a particular school. A good business school, great team culture and great coaches who can help me grow In academics and baseball.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?
SHUPE: The best team highlight was making it to the 4A state championship with my team and the fun times we had playing during the year and at Principal Park. Some personal highlights were: Held a regular season BA of .429 with a total of 39 hits, 10 XBH, and 26 RBIs.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
SHUPE: The biggest team goal I have for next year is to help the team make it back to state and have another chance at getting a ring. My personal goals are to get better in every statistical category and to make All-State.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
SHUPE: Track & Field. 4x100m, 200m and 100m.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?
SHUPE: 20 ACT and 3.06 GPA.
