3/11/18- 6-foot, 160-pound switch hitting 2-way player. #6 player in Iowa 2019 rankings. Wichita State commit. On mound; short rocker step, slight tuck and turn, athletic load/crouch over rubber, hitchy arm action creates deception and disrupts hitters timing. Works extremely fast and overwhelms hitters with high percentage of strikes with three pitches. Fastball was 85-86 mph with life to arm-side of plate. Sweeping break on 10/4 breaking ball with large shape. Solid fade and cut action on changeup. 7.05 runner. Square stance, easy load and stride, crouches into hitting position, flat swing plane, works middle of field, consistent solid contact, 83 mph exit velocity. Athletic in field, light on his feet, sure hands, creates direction on throws, shows actions in field, accurate arm to bag, 87 mph arm across infield.
2017 PBR Future Games- 6-foot, 160-pound right-handed pitcher. Wichita State commit. Lean athletic build. Coils over rubber, hitchy arm action on back-side, heavy volume of strikes with 3 pitches. Has deception in arm action and delivery. Athletic on mound with ability to field position. Fastball was 85-87 mph with 72-74 mph slider.
8/1/16- 5-foot-11, 155-pound switch-hitting 2-way player. 7.3 runner. Spray contact, with solid pop in bat, and mid/pull approach from left-side. Longer stride right-handed, loses posture at contact, solid contact, mid/away approach, with line drive and ground ball contact, 79 mph exit velocity. Solid footwork, tends to sit back, soft glove, quick release on throws, solid arm strength and carry for age, 80 mph arm strength. On mound; simple turn into crouched delivery, good hand speed, throws with short arm action. Fastball has cut action at 82-83 mph. Slurvy breaking ball was 67-68 mph. Consistent strike thrower and filled up zone.
3/6/16- 5-foot-11, 150-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. 4.31 home-to-first time. Open stance. Stride to square/ stride to hit. Leans over plate. Inverted swing plane with uphill path. Pull approach. Shows decent barrel control and solid contact. 71 mph exit velocity. Flashes good glove at times. Footwork is avg. in field. Shows some arm quickness with accuracy to bag. 76 mph arm strength. Controlled delivery with minimal balance point. Lands across body in stride. 2-piece arm action with stab in back and some wrap in arm action. Lively fastball was 77-81 mph with varying run and cut. Showed good feel for curveball with 12/6 shape and small break with depth. Cut action on changeup.
