Scouting Report:
 6-foot-1, 190-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. Biggest climber at event. Short balance point with good direction to plate and lands closed. Arm action is clean and consistently pumped fastball in 86-88 mph range with life. Curveball has 12/6 shape with depth and sharp break 72-74 mph. Flat action on changeup and is firm. Nettleton’s performance jump-started recruiting; culminating in a commitment to the U. of Iowa. 7.71 runner. Shows good hitting mechanics with clean bat path and is short to contact. Uses lower half in swing and has leverage. Hands are loose with lift in swing. 89 mph exit velocity. Solid actions in field. Soft hands with quick exchange and release. Works from ground up and is relatively light on his feet. 80 mph arm strength across infield.
