Evaluation: 8/7/16- 5-foot-11, 190-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Has cleaner mechanics with improved body control, strength in bat path, stays on and through, gap to gap approach, aggressive to contact, hard line drive and fly ball contact, 92 mph exit velocity. Athletic actions and attacks baseball in outfield, clean glove actions, short arm action with quicker release, above avg. accuracy to target, online throws, 85 mph arm strength from outfield.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
BURKE: Black Hawk CC, Iowa Central CC, St. Cloud State, Upper Iowa, Illinois-Springfield,  Central, Cornell, Luther, Wartburg College  and a few NAIA schools in Iowa.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
BURKE: I have not taken any visits yet.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
BURKE: I have an interest in physical therapy.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
BURKE: Last 2/3 of season I hit close to .450 and was near the top of all offensive categories in the MAC conference. I received 2nd Team All-District recognition.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
BURKE: I want to be the best. My personal goal is to hit .600 with 50+ RBI's this next year.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
BURKE: Football, I am a running back on offense and a DB on defense. I am considering going back out for wrestling to win State as well as compete in track this spring.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
BURKE: I have a 3.3 GPA and a 22 ACT.
